Dr. Rahila Ilegbodu was appointed director at May & Baker Nigeria Plc, in June 2022. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from Taylor University, Upland Indiana, USA, and an MBBS from the Lagos University Teaching Hospital

She is co-owner of J&R Healthcare2 Primary Care Hospital and holds several executive role and directorship positions in other companies.
